Oats & Coconut Powder - Is used to help moisturize and replenish your skin.
Chamomile - A flower that has been used by Egyptians, Romans and Greeks in ancient history to help heal wounds, it is no wonder this flower can be found in many beauty serums. Chamomile contains Polyphenols a compound that is said to help protect your skin from UV rays and free radicals, studies have also shown that if used regularly it may help reverse signs of aging such as fine lines and wrinkles.
Calendula - While beneficial for your skin in more ways than one, it is used in this blend to help ease your achy breaky muscles by helping with muscle fatigue.
Lemongrass - A plant that has been used to help with inflamed skin such as acne, packed with vitamin A & C this plant helps retain and balance your skins oil levels.
Jasmine Green Tea - Jasmine Green Tea is a very common beauty secret. Packed with antioxidants such as Epigallocatechin Gallate(EGCG), & Epicatechin(ECG), green tea has been said to be able to rejuvenate dying skin cells and combat UV rays. Because it has the ability to maintain collagen levels it also helps keep your skin looking radiant and helps with your skins elasticity! Green tea's anti-aging properties has dubbed it a household favourite!
Peony - is typically used for it's antioxidant benefits, Paeoniflorin is an antioxidant found in this beautiful flower that is said to have antioxidant effects like Vitamin E, which helps protect the skin from free radicals in the air that is said to age and wrinkle the skin. Peony also contains Paeonal which is said to have anti inflammatory properties which can be beneficial for those with arthritis.
Note: Each tea blend is for a one time use but can be split into two or more portions if preferred, however in doing so skin benefits may take longer to appear.
